Be honest, the other were terrible)))
I found 4 or 5 tutorials but most were too diffucult and the result was poor. This one is quite easy with the great result. You just draw some random polygon and then use Distortion - Wave. Then you go to Edit – Fade Wave and you repeat Wave and Fade Wave till you get the result you need.
