Fantastic work! Do you use Sketchbook Pro for most of your art?

AMAZING. As a Wolverine fan, this is an incredible treat- but beyond that, I just love the amount of character in this ! Fantastic work. (and I think the clothing rendering is very well done!)

Lovely shading, texturing of different materials, and the basic shapes and contrast of them is excellent.

Nice pose, great expression, REALLY nice coloring technique, and I love the minimalist background. Great stuff!

Great job with getting the skin tones down, Danny. I like the darker, fleshier reds you put on his shoulders while keeping parts of his forearm lighter to give off more realistic hue variations.
I also like the subtle textures you put on the cloth, especially on the pants to give them a slightly worn look. The light blue slashes from behind add a nice "graphical" (I'm stealing Chris's word!) element to the piece without it distracting from the main focus.
Hooray for starting to find your personal artistic style!

You really need to make some sort of a walkthrough to show how you get some of your textures. o:
The jeans are very well done.

the texture wasn't anything complicated. I used a spackled-dots sort of brush and just lightly went over the jeans with it to get the texture.
