I sometimes wonder if I'm still dreaming, The knocks, the knocks keep on reminding me, Of pain's call awaiting answers to be, Cross-examined by the test of time spent, Marking the terms and where on Earth they went, Hell! That forgotten lesson yet condemns, The one that got away now makes amends, With Heavenly breath; subtle sunlit gaze, Greets mid-morning welcoming long-lost days, I sometimes wonder if I’m still dreaming, Deceived by season a sky quizzes us, With riddles blowing hot and cold, discuss – Such freedom in Nature that befriends all, Illuminating where darkness doth crawl, The passion of months’ mingle memories, Far and wide Her net hauls-in the places, Of yore, and I can see beyond a voice, Catching sight of a sweetly whispered choice, I sometimes wonder if I’m still dreaming, But hope that beautiful devilish art, Sweeps a motion before my eyes can start, Appreciating what it’s like to live, In a world where faith’s able to forgive, Like the unopened present day en-wrapped, With bands drowning sorrows, the song entrapped, Yet we find what’s right - how happy to be, Unearthing clues unlocking faith you see!
