I saw this in a dream.It was probably the most interesting dream I've ever had. The girl in the picture isnt me, but I was her. Like, I wasn't in my body. I was a different person, with very dark hair and tanner skin. And I had black wings.
It was weird, because half the dream I was watching from somewhere else, and half of it was through the eyes of this person.
There were other kids with wings too. The part of the dream I remember the most was where one of the other kids, a boy, said "there are feathers in your hair." And there were. It was weird.
It figures, I had that dream after reading the new Maximum Ride book (omg I ove that series
) which is about kids who can fly XDI tried SO hard to draw feathers in the girl's hair. But they're kind of hard to see. :/ But I remember that part of the dream so much, I wish I had done a better job with the feathers.

Yeah, they aren't.... I think it's just the wrappy thing I don't like.... 
It's cause it just, kinda, ends. Ya know? Like you cut it off at the top? But shouldn't it just be wrapped and tied at the back? I don't really know how to explain.....

This is amazing Raven! But what can you expect from a great artist ^^. I LOVE the wings, and the feathers, and her expression! And lol I've had dreams similar to that before; when I'm in someone elses body lol.

I LOVE Max Ride! I also think that the concept of your dream is very interesting.
And, of course, this picture is absolutely stunning. She's very pretty.

Just a question - did you read the series 'Maximum Ride' (Angel Experiment, Schools Out, Saving the World...) or the other Maximum Ride (When the Wind Blows and The Lake House)? I'm thinking the first, considering the comment, but you can never be sure. The latter is a more adult approach and has barely any simularities from the series (Except for the character Max and the School).
Anyway, this is totally on my favorites, and I bow down to your awesomeness.

o_O I didn't even know there was another Max Ride series! I had this dream after reading Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports. (lol, I love the titles XD)
But woah dude, I never knew about the other books. o_O Are they any good?

The other books are more adult. As in, they have themese addressed not for the younger readers of Max Ride the series. The series was based off those books. They have totally different bird-kids with a totally different story, but yes, they do have wings and Max is the name of the lead girl.
I've read them. They're very good. I think you'll like them, although the Maximum Ride series, the one that you've read, is very special. Hah. James Patterson's first set of teenage novels.
"When the Wind Blows" is the first novel. It's sequal is "The Lake House".
