Don't know what I feel about this one.Because I love the background.
And I love the dancing girl.
But.
Together it kinda looks weird to me. :/
Ah well. I'm happy enough with it.
YEAH SO.

I think that if you flipped the picture uppside-down then it would look alot better.
Right now it looks really awkward. Plus she has no left shoulder.

Still too lazy for proper paragraphs~
-Either her neck is too short or her boobs are too high. Either way, that area in general is pretty awkward.
-Her upper arms are curving the wrong way.
-Her torso is very much too thin in comparison to her arms and legs.
-Did you draw the lower torso/hips at all? Most of these proportional problems wouldn't have been there if you had. (And if you did, I fear for us all. XD )
-The place where her shoe and foot meet share the same lines, and it makes it look like her shoes are welded to her feet; surely she must want to change those shoes when she's done dancing! D:
-Her iPod wires are very kinked in a lot of different places, and I'm not so sure the headphone wires bend like that.
-She has no nostrils.
-She has very few eyelashes, and it makes it look a bit strange.
-Judging on the way her dress hangs off her body, she's wearing a dress that's in very bad fashion. D:
And now it's time for the anal-retentive critique of the day!
When you bend backwards, your ribcages stick out and your stomach flattens. This would most definitely be visible if you were wearing pretty much any type of dress.

I absolutely LOVE the background. It looks so mystical and the colors are simply amazing.
The shading on the girl is also really nice and well done. But I agree that is does look a bit... Off all together. Maybe if the girl's feet were coming out of the green sky at the bottom, it would look a little better.
But that's just me. I honestly don't know if it will make it look bad or what.
