I have to agree about the thing with the orange hair: It looks just pretty with that background.
the reflections on the jellyfish remind me of soap bubbles - kinda dreamy! <3
... while she's actually in great danger, oh my. (Since jellyfish can be extremely dangerous.)
You just combined cute with dangerous. Congratulations. xD

Wow, that's great! I love her face, the gaze she has, the flow of her hair.. Very nice composition! Though, one thing bothers me.. Her legs seem a bit too short.. There's something off. But beside this, it's a wonderful piece! ^^

yeah, I thought it might've been Ariel at first, but now that I look more closely...the presence on this girl just doesn't SPEAK "Ariel". Did that sound funky/wierd/etc.?? But it's VERY balanced. AWESOME JOB!! I love balance in art!

No, I can totally see what you mean about her not "speaking" Ariel. Ariel is more ambitious and curious, I feel like this girl is more content in innocence. Or maybe I'm looking too deeply into it! But that's how I feel.

Yay for complementary color schemes. Almost reminds me of a grown up version of ponyo. But I love how you render this piece, with the different textures and the lighting. Very lovely.

I love your comment! I like how you can feel the dreamscape aspect of it. To me, she's not LITERALLY swimming with jellyfish (ouch) but this is more of a dream. But out of curiosity, what makes you feel the emptiness? I'd like to hear

Well it has to do with the piece taking piece under water. Normally under water means loneliness and despair but with the colour the girl and the light being behind her. Brings attention to her and makes the feeling of the water on the girl. I'm not saying has is a bad thing I like that this piece creates this feeling for emptiness is a hard emotion to show.
