well i installed a new copy of windows and then i finally was able to install and successfully use Logon Screen.

i browsed my pictures folder, right clicked on an image > change logon background and the error i received was "An unexpected error occurred. code" 0x003"

- So far, i have tried to change compatibility, didn't work.
- Checked to see if i had ownership of the Program, I did, didn't work.
I keep getting the same message. "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I have installed in my other PC, and it gave me the elevated error, however, i ran it as admin, and it worked. I installed it on my netbook, and it worked as well. Still now working on my main HP PC.

this program SUCKS!!! ....YOU CAN'T INSTALL WITHOUT INSTALLING THE INCREDIBAR BROWSER AND YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE INCREDIBAR BROWSER WITH DOING A SYSTEM RESTORE ON YOUR PC WHICH UNINSTALLS LOGON SCREEN.... TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!

You are wrong my friend. You can install without any toolbar, when you are installing read first! Even if you install the toolbar you can uninstall!!!

i unchecked the box to keep from installing it and it still installed it , i then went to my control panel to uninstall it , it showed in my programs that it was uninstalled but when bringing my browser back up it was still there , so i restarted my computer and it was still there!

If you unchecked all the boxes, it will not install. If you go to your browser addons you can remove it there. Try to do it again, and see for your self.

If the program has stop to work, it's because you installed something on your computer that's causing problems. Try to install the last version if you not installed yet.

TweaksLogon, works great, but your looks much better and easier, but i can't use it. I don't have a modified version of windows 7. I haven't update to SP1 either if that might be the problem.

Uhm... if it's asking for elevation, doesn't that mean it's asking to be run with admin priviledges?
Try Right-Clicking it and "run as administrator"
