Description
I'm almost ready to mould, just a few finishing touches
Its made up of lots of pieces, most of which were turned on the lathe out of chemiwood. The hand guard was carved with a chisel. The blade is sanded and sealed MDF, the raised section is acrylic. The pattern detail is a mixture of 0.5mm adhesive wax and styrene. Hope you like it!

wow looks just perfect! without one scratch! but hmm... when i think about it, maybe some "battlescars" would make less perfect but more realistic

You're absolutely right! On the off chance that someone would want a clean cast, without battle damage, i opted to mould it clean and 'battle damage' the cast afterwards. I'm glad you like it though

No probably not, it's quite expensive. I'll cast in metal powders and resin, cold casting. I'd only cast it in solid bronze if someone wanted it specifically. Glad you like it tho
