Hooray for Victor! I have a figure of him sitting on my desk.
Anyways, the detail on his hands is eerily realistic, and the both of you captured the 'big lug'-ness of him.

I'd say that his hair and the shoes can't keep up with the rest of this, but that's honestly just a nitpick. The rest is clearly ace. Fantastic rendering of his face, arms and hands. Also, nice warm and vibrant colors.
