Description
Step two for this piece. Rendering things out further and seeing what works. This one has wires hanging form the top though, I'm thinking of taking them out or doing something else different with them.Here's a sketch with them taken out to compare. Let me know which you prefer.

I really like this - especially the way the bottom of the helmet is coloured so you can really see the depth, it's like you could feel the edges. Β
I prefer the version with the wires, which adds to it, as the colouring on the top of the helmet seems looser.
I know the Halo story (I think) but I'm curious about Cortana's facial expression - is it to express regretfully fighting John?

Yes, Cortana has a quite a bit of regret in doing this. I will be doing a lot of toying round with this one and seeing what works as I go. Might even be zooming in more on Cortana so that she's not so small.
