Webcam = Excellent Idea.

I think one of the previous journals said they're planning on adding the green theme in a later update, so there may be hope.

> Options to sort the group widget by 5, 10, etc... like regular DA allows
> Options to display the group widget smaller so that the icons aren't blown up
> Option so that the bio doesn't automatically shrink to a snippet when viewing a profile
> Option to view comments on profiles as 1, 5, 10, nested, etc...
> Maybe an option to shrink the overall header height on a profile? It's a bit big imo
> Option to show gallery folders as text or an image preview

Is there any possibility that we could have custom boxes for the page that allow us to build our own code without using the editor?
I hate switching over to eclipse and seeing all of our coding just gone.
I'll be 100% honest if coding boxes with fully personalized HTML editing like we currently have is added.
I probably could deal with the other changes ;__;
I do still like the old site more though!
Messages in Eclipse are way hard to navigate.

Journal HTML and CSS. The new journals look plain, boring and lack creativity. Journals are an important feature for ARPGs, as they get featured on a profile to help guide players to information. The lack of a journal feature + the journal organization on eclipse is confusing and difficult to navigate.
I saw below someone also asked about buttons. We could maybe do without the featured journals, if our custom boxes could have buttons to link to information or other pages.
Many of the requests that arpg owners and players have asked for have been ignored, especially when it comes to pagination of comments and how we present info to our players. As it stands, I know many of us are prepared to move off DA and some have already begun the move. We're a big part of DAs community and we want to stay, but can't if the site no longer provides the functions we need.

Due to the one box (I can't navigate where to put others if there is another one somewhere?) I can't really do exactly much, but the editor that we are given is a little restrictive. With HTML i've found as long as you can make the code work, it can locate and move things really wherever your eye fancies but so far I've been able to put a picture and, a small blurb of text. It's just quite a bit restrictive, as well as due to site stability I've had issues saving it and editing it and gave up after getting an image to sit.
I know this is still in beta so I'm not demanding the finished product for a while but, that's what I've found at this moment is that the custom boxes, from just basic user, me just checking it out without any tutorials for the sake of clarity and if the site is self explanatory, offers not many customization options? But that may just be our issue with site stability as it tends to be iffy with loading.
(Before anyone explains wifi/internet speed, this is also a variable)

Okay! We will wait it out a little, I did read some of the other replies as well.
But we know it's in beta still so were trying not to make too many harsh judgements.
It's hard to think of a change though, even though this account is rather new we are 25 and have had DA accounts since we were 13/14
so the old green is super nostalgic we are kinda sad to see it go.

Not really because I don't come to the site by way of the deviation page. I have my gallery bookmarked- that's how I come and go. And I haven't seen anything beneficial to the galleries yet.

Incorrect! I’ve said many times I’ve been able to access Eclipse on my mobile/tablet devices using Firefox and Chrome. It only depends if Eclipse functions well or not on the particular device been used.

Are you certain? In the past few months there has been a mobile version available by going to desktop mode through the browser interface, toggling Eclipse on and restoring mobile mode the same way. Buggy, but there.
Is this unintentional?

Yes there are, I can access Eclipse on Firefox and Chrome. Both have a mobile and desktop layout. It also depends on how well Eclipse functions on the device been used.
Sincerely from someone who has tested Eclipse on mobile/tablet.

Yeah, this makes no sense. Why state the mobile version is unavailable when it isn't?
Perhaps this is to mean it isn't supposed to be available, but it is easy to access uninvited?
