Nimbus Litestep & Launchy. Based on Switchin LS by *x-spirit . Wallpaper included. To change the shortcuts open the themevars.rc file. Install fonts first.

Nice looking theme, it's sorta hard to get around though, i'm new to Litestep (Windows 7 x64) and the panel with the Nimbus Icons some of them don't work. Really nice though

Just install Litestep and Launchy, then copy the skins to the themes, skins folders.
