This is a wallpaper that I'm actually a little proud of. I did it a year and a half ago, I think, and there are a lot of things I could have done better, to include it not being so busy for starters. But I was into busy-ness when I did it, so it expresses the phase I was in, I guess.

This is a photo of the statue of Saint Michael from a hospital in Toronto named after him. I'm not sure where I found the picture. It was one of many that I had floating around in my reference folder waiting to be used somehow in something. For all I know one of my friends or family took it and I ended up putting it in there thinking it would make a good picture someday. I can't tell you.

The prayer next to him is the prayer dedicated to him. It's written in fonts I downloaded from FontFace.com [link] and the stars are from an Adobe Photoshop brush I got from Jenn [link] I used to say this prayer everyday when I was in bootcamp, since he is the patron saint of military members. I think it really helped because as much as I wanted to, I never broke down once despite how hard it was for me there.
