Macross was and always will be a favourite of mine! I think you kept a lot of the fidelity of the original look, and in Max's blue flightsuit, too!

Thanks! Macross is definitely one of my favs, and the Valkyrie one of my favorite mecha even though it's almost a 30 year-old design. And if you look closely behind the pilot, you can see one using Max's old VF-1A scheme.

I don't think it would say "Caution: Sensor Thing" on any aircraft... even the valks. Odds are if these things existed it wouldn't say anything at all. But either way, it's a nice image, good work ^^

Ha, I know. Had to have a little fun with them. I loved applying decals to G.I. Joe toys and Macross plastic kits as a kid, and carried that over to the 3D model.
