Another non-illustration. I'm trying to choose which character gets which color for these Macross pilots' flight suits.My friend (the brunette) asked me to make a pic with both characters wearing both suits for comparison. The blue-haired one is the team leader and main character, and I might want to have her suit stand out. However, my friend's character has the darker, rebellious nature and I might want her suit to match it. But I don't want be obvious and cliched about it, either.

Yeah, my first try at the flightsuits were basically tights with a few wrinkles, which looks silly on both the women and the men. That was actually in my first picture here [link] and I kinda hate to look at it now...
