Description Yunobo sensed movement behind him, and glanced casually over his shoulder. He watched as Link, dressed in full Flamebreaker Armour and with an armful of Hyrule Bass, hopped up onto the flat boiling rock.
It was obvious that it was Link - who ELSE would be doing that?
Well, maybe Emma … Yunobo looked around, but, he didn’t see the duchess anywhere. Still, since Emma and Link were almost always travelling together, Yunobo knew that she must be close by.
He decided to ask Link, just in case, though.
Link glanced at Yunobo when the Goron cleared his throat.
“Umm … hi, Link. I haven’t seen you in awhile. Where’s Emma?”
Link paused, as he calculated the best spot on the boiling flat rock to throw the five fish. He knew exactly where Emma was right then, but, he also knew that he couldn’t exactly tell Yunobo that she was more or less arguing with her sword about something - or, more to the point, she was arguing with the spirit that lived INSIDE of the Dark Sword.
Yunobo may have known at least a BIT about the nature of the Dark Sword, but the fact that its spirit - a flamboyant yet decidedly dark Demon whom Link didn’t trust (despite the fact that they had had to work together a few times before) - was completely sentient and, well, a Demon … MIGHT have been a bit too much for a conversation that had started with ‘I haven’t seen you in awhile’.
As Link threw the fish onto a particular spot on the boiling flat rock, he saw Yunobo’s gaze travel past him, over to the Rollin’ Inn, and . . .
“Oh, I see her now!” The Goron smiled. “Boy, she sure does love hot springs!”
“Mmhmm.” Link agreed.

You keep on getting sidetracked. Ghirahim tried to keep the exasperation out of his tone. He, better than almost anybody, knew how quickly Emma could lose her temper. That part of her hadn’t really changed much since she’d been a goddess.
“This is necessary for me to heal.” Emma replied, as she relaxed in the hot springs that were where lava had been up until just recently.
You weren’t even hurt in that fight with the Lynel. Ghirahim reminded her, a note of pride in his voice.
“Yeah, but then that Rocktorok,” she told him, using her own made-up term for a Rock Octorok. “Spat the Lynel Shield back out and it hit me right in the face. That actually hurt!”
You already healed. Ghirahim observed.
“I haven’t finished yet.”
The sparkles stopped appearing. You just get distracted from your quest too easily ... if you’re not doing THIS then you’re helping everybody that you come across.
“That’s not true — !” Emma began, but then she stopped, as they heard the sounds of approaching footsteps.
Ghirahim quickly disappeared back into the Dark Sword, and soon two elderly Gorons lumbered into view.
“Oh, it’s those two . . . ” Emma recalled.
“Hello again!” Volcon called to her. “We were wondering when you’d come back!”
“Yes,” his friend Tray agreed. “Have you and your boyfriend — ”
“Link’s NOT my boyfriend.” Emma groaned. ‘Why does EVERYBODY that I introduce him to jump to that same conclusion?’
“Managed to find that place we talked about?”
“It’s okay if you haven’t,” Volcon told her. “We know how busy the two of you must be . . . ”
“Ah, to be young again . . . ” Tray sighed.
“Don’t say it like that.” Emma rolled her eyes. “But, don’t worry,” she went on. “We were heading back out soon and we’re gonna look for that spot - we’ve got a really good idea of where it might be.” She added, which seemed to appease the two elderly Gorons, who left her alone then.
“Good luck!” Tray called back to her.
“Don’t forget to take supplies if you need them!” Volcon added.
Emma watched them go, and then she held up her hand. “DON’T,” she said firmly. “Say a WORD, Ghirahim!”
