Yep, thanks to the website "Seventh Sanctum" I finally gave my OC Zero the Blue-Eyed Angel a last name! It is now Rosegriffon and he is related to the "rose demon" guy that I named Valentine Rosegriffon thaks to the site as well...I used about two references from *vishstudio to help me with this picture. I think it's the best sketch I've done to date despite various imperfections. I also did the sketch and blur trick.^^
I might put more color into this someday...
At least his face isn't really off balance. I didn't have to fix it up in Sai!
Zero Rosegriffon the Blue-Eyed Angel is (c) to me. I'll draw his long lost brother soon.

It's a long story.^^
You see, as a kid, I used to make up stories all the time and create a large amount of characters to go in them. I even made several comics (not of the best quality but they were decent). I guess I lost my imagination and stuff over the years probably because of school work and the lack of good animated television programming (which got my mind going as a kid). It is very difficult for me now, unfortunately, to get all the way back in the habit.

I see. Maybe it will help if you play some RPs. It was for example my way to keep my fantasy ^^ Maybe it comes back to you if you play some RPs with your OCs or if you play some video games, they have sometimes also very beautiful stories and places *O*

That is exactly what I do. I play a variety of games but my favorite RPGs belong in the Final Fantasy series. I really like their character designs and I am currently collecting my favorite characters in the Play Arts and Play Arts Kai action figure series. They help me draw certain things sometimes.

wow! I also love the artwork of the final fantasy series. I learned many things about drawing faces from Tetsuya Nomuras Artwork ^^ I still love the way he draws the Characters. I also have play Art Figures, I think they all have a nice pose. I try to get the Dissidia Squall and Zidane, but I want to buy them on a convention, because all have unique faces and if I order them somewhere I can not guarantee that it looks nice.

Really? I haven't been to those yet. I've heard they had them there. I guess I got lucky with the ones I have since I ordered most of mine online, especially the older ones. I found the Snow Villiers and Vanille ones at my local Toys R Us luckily about a year ago. I admire all of my Play Arts figures so much that I bring them almost everywhere with me.X3 I know I shouldn't do that (since the paint is slightly rubbed out on Snow) because they are usually considered collector's items. But, I am not at my home for most of the day and I cannot bear to stay without them. XD
I guess I also "play" with them making them talk and stuff and no violence unless it's a pose or something light.XD I take good care of them though. I take pride in all of the action figures I have as long as I have the figure (esp. the rare/recently expensive ones).
I never knew exactly what they were before 2011 which is how I missed getting the KH: Halloween Town Sora at the store a few years prior. (I sure can go on and on about these figures.)

Hmm, I don't know how you can repaint them. My first thought was, ask someone who draws the faces on BJDs but maybe the BJD Color for the face could be used. I am not sure. I really like that you like your figures so much. For me, I like Sora and Axel the most. Because mine have really nice faces. IΒ΄m going to go to Leipzig Book Fair this weekend, maybe I can found nice new figures or plush figures *O*

this is wonderful :3 you've improved so much! the one thing i did notice in this image is that it looks like you had some trouble drawing out the hands. both are proportionate to his face, but it looks like when you connected the right (as you look at the image) one to the wrist, it seems a little off as i look at it. i'm not totally sure what it is.
Other than that, you put him together wonderfully ^3^ i'm faving this because it shows how far you've come. :3

Yeah, I did. Thanks for pointing that out. I knew something was wrong when I kept staring at his arms and hands. I didn't want to mess it up any further because I was stuck. I hate that feeling but you're right.^^
