Anticia did such a nice job drawing. My coloring was kind of bad on this one. Sorry.And yes, those are feathers they are on. Remember, Mikey's bed is a bunch of feathers.

When I draw Raph's wings they don't look as cool as when she draws them. >_> Kind of shows from the last picture when she drew them.
