I like it! The concept of Turtle Protection is a bit strange, but provides a cute element. The turtle is quite cute, with the kawaii eyes and anatomy.
I don't really know about Cecil's (that's his name, yes?) anatomy. The left arm is shorter than it should be (unless that's part of the characters design. I don't know; I don't have much knowledge on your OCs besides Eclair). I guess that it was an attempt at perspection of pulling the arm back and having the fist closer in a punching gesture. Also, the lifted leg looks a bit awkward and short.
I like the way you did the eyes. The lighter line makes for a bit of a shine effect. I also like Cecil's design. The scars look cool. I guess he protects lots of turtles! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/xā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="

yes, i was trying to practice Perspective in this picture. XD Cecil actually got his scars from fighting larger aliens by trying to prove he was a meekrob, and getting beaten up. (he's schizophrenic and truly believes he is a meekrob when he is obviously an irken XD) he also has an odd obsession with turtles and other turtle-like creatures. XD
