Description
Another piece of my stained glass Stardew Valley shadow box is finally complete. As I always do, I upped my game, and my headaches, by making this multiple levels of glass connected with copper reinforcement and leading to make it look more like a proper shadow box. The effects are completed with sandblasting and mica in the etch, or black vitrea where needed. I should have matched the colors and darkened them rather than just using black mica, probably, but the test piece i had tried that on didn't look that great. This is a different method than I had used on the tree where I had used rub n buff, this one is much more permanent. I'm so happy to have this off my bench and onto other projects for a bit.
