'Bout time I made one of these (well, I've made one before, but it was like a year ago). Some people were asking about how I did style 2 and 3, so I was all like "yo yo mofoz, darkz in da hi-zouse, here fo' yo emoting needs foo'". Then I imploded for saying such a retarded sentence.Please ignore the typos. D: I KNOW THEY"RE THERE....TAUNTING ME O_O

nice tutorial, im already a emoticonist but my friend reconmended me to try hand shading, and this tutorial is useful for it

Not sure if somebody has already asked this or not, but what progam or whatever you call it(I'm having a stupid day) do you use? Awesome job though!

There are multiple programs that you can use, a few of the more well known ones being, fireworks, imageready, and Ulead gif animator...unfortunately all of these cost a small chunk of change. But if you look around, you might be able to find a freeware program, just make sure it can animate .gif files (if you want to make animated ones that is, otherwise you can do static ones in MS paint).
