This was supposed to be a simple tutorial just showing how to fit the colours into the template...
...But I got a bit carried away
So forgive the babbling, there might be actual helpful information in there somewhere

Personally, I make a new layer for each colour of emote, and then you can simply save the .PSD and build up a collection of them Rather than redoing the base every time you want the same coloured emote
