Description
The title comes partly from a song by Lycia, and partly because it reminds me of a friend I don't see very much any more.Related content

I like how the darkness of the clouds compliments the brightness of the sun's rays. The sun is one of my favorite lighting conditions because direct light often gives such beautiful shadows, but this is a good example of what can be done when you look beyond that and start to photograph the sun as indirect light.
Well done, beautiful photograph.

I'm truly speechless! That is beautiful. If I had extra money, I'd so buy the print!

Thanks alot!
If you'd really like a print, I can lower the prices quite a bit. Print artists are allowed to set any price we want, as long as it's at least as much as the cost of the materials. A 9X12 or 11x14 would be about $3 or $4. I'd much rather have you be able to afford a print than to make a few dollars from the sale, so let me know.

I've thought it over and I'd love to get a copy of the print! I think I'll hang it up at my
entryway so it'll be the first thing everyone sees! Let me know if you can still lower
the price . You really don't have to, but I really do appreciate it. Thanks again!

My pleasure, as I had said it was hard to choose one but it had to be this one...I love the way the sunset is shining through the tree and the colours as it starts to dip under the horizon
