I think what makes it hard is because you'll find some spanish in there too. It translate something like:

Nothing here in this sleeve, this sleeve has nothing here!

(Having trouble translating the first part. It could just be Bala plus some random nonsense. but when you cut it up into parts....I got Bala cub steel. Which would equally make no sense. it might be a slang word as well.)
