My first (???!?) Disney fan art for YEARS! Why why, isn't it Jose Carioca, Donald Duck's hilarious pal from Brazil?This morning I thought about this adorable parrot and realized he is one of my favourite characters in Disney universe. Maybe it's just because of those Latin American rythms, but he's cool character too. Such a cute dandy - cigar and all!
Jose surprisingly belongs to Disney.
