Well, this looks like an interesting character (Sorry, I only watched like half the first episode of DarkwingDuck -.-' It's really hard for me to get into a show unless I just cram like a bunch of episodes at a time) As for the drawing, I really like it! I just really like how the dog is drawn, and the lighting and color really makes it look like water. Nice job!

I know, it sucks when you meet such good friends on the internet, but they live so far away in real life
