How to draw/color curly hair mini-tutorial :3 I was asked to do one of these as a video tutorial, so here it is!1 hr, 1 min long (cause I didn't want to speed it up - I narrated as I was drawing this time XD) I hope it helps someone even if it's kind of crap. LOL

Hi, I LOVE your drawing of the curly red hair! I was wondering if I could create a very similar style and color to theΒ red hair you drew, and give you credit for inspiration and the original drawing (the original drawing as a reference). I use PaintTool SAI - it's an awesome (cheap) program, and I highly recommend it :3 I used to use exclusively adobe photoshop before I found sai, and now i'll never go back XD it's much more responsive to pressure sensitivity, and has the most godly of line tools ever.

Thanks for sharing this tutorial Its has helped alot as always when im done with a pic im doing with curls ill show you the result i think ill start doing that every time i use your tuts so you can see that its not CRAP or CRAPPY lol it is indeed useful and well all appreciate it.

This is sooo helpful! Not only because I fail at curls, but also because (for some reason I don't understand) I failed at really grasping how to choose the different colors in my palette, even after reading the different tutorials you've put up in the past. But now that I've actually SEEN you do it, I could hit myself in the face. XD I looooooove curly hair, so I'm excited to try and use your tips on something of my own.
