YAY a tutorial! I don't normally do these, but I've been asked before - and since I'm currently working on so many pieces of art, I figured I might as well do some tutorials at the same time
Character portrayed is (c) Copyright . I'm making a full color picture of her as a free-sketch even prize for *bratkitty , so this is the process I used to draw up her sketch

I use a custom "Lead" pencil tool for SAI :3 you can find the download for it in my custom brush supplement

what brush did u use for her? I tried a similar drawing, but the lines were either too thick (even thou im using the smallest size pencil 👍: 0 ⏩: 1
let's see.. it's been forever.. but I believe I was using the Pen tool at 4 px :3 not the pencil brush.

Ahhh, this is such a help! One question though, how long is the lower leg from the knee? Same length as the thigh?

the lower leg from the knee to the bottom of the feet is about the same length as the groin -> bottom of the knee.
