Because I had more to explain. There will be a 4th part. LOL I couldn't fit all the hairstyles on the end, so I cropped it and decided I'd do a supplement part 4 with a bunch of hairstyle examples ^^Enjoy

Wow, you reply to most of your comments! It's nice to know some huge artists don't just click, "delete comments for Hair Tutorial Part 3." or etc. Once again, the tutorial was very helpful! I like this tutorial, especially since I rarely ever draw characters with different types of hair texture.
Something I like to do for afro-type hair is draw the shape of the overall style with my right (dominant) hand, and then I draw the actual scribbles with my left hand. XD If I ever become ambidextrous, I'll have a problem. XD

Try as I might, I've never found a tutorial for curly *short* hair, other than perhaps very tight curls. This seems like the hardest hair to draw. I'm thinking something like [link] or [link] or [link] .
