Painting of my favourite scene in ROTS. Yes, the one in which Anakin Skywalker gets flambé'd. Referenced from a Star Wars CCG card.

I've realised that my greatest weakness where painting is concerned is - I depend entirely too much on preliminary sketches. If I have to do everything from scratch digitally - *especially* if it means painting from blobs of colour - I'm pretty much bantha fodder. So from now on, whenever I can, I'm going to force myself to do exactly that. (Uh, practice, I mean, *not* become bantha fodder). Even if it means subjecting my hapless watchers to crappy paintings.

EDIT: Fixed his damned teeth. I guess 'Jedi' and 'good chompers' don't usually go together... Added a touch of sweat beads too, upon the suggestion of a friend.
