Kanan and Ezra attempt to lure the Inquisitor away from an Imperial deserter they are protecting, in the process taking refuge at an abandoned asteroid base. While there, Kanan struggles with teaching Ezra to control his fears which leads to him making a dark turn in order to survive against a confrontation with the Inquisitor.

I think those are the creatures (or at least Force-manifested representations in the form of the creatures , that have also taken the shape of Ezra's fears) from the episode when Sabine and Hera were trapped in that old Republic outpost. Ezra did come close to being ripped to shreds by one of them, had Sabine not shot them.
