Description
My new original character, who shall be the one to blame for all the superheroine hangings I've been drawing lately.

Here follows a bit of background on the character, although it is all tentative at the moment, and might change as plot holes develop. Kelinda was originally a prostitute, until she was hanged by one of her clients. Just as her last bit of life was about to slip away, or maybe even afterward, something infected her. A manifestation of this can be seen as the third eye on the left side of her head. Though it's not visible since I didn't ink it, there is a bit of nasty vein-like stuff spidering out from it onto part of her face. Although it revived her, the visible effects of the hanging would not heal, so her face still shows the signs of cyanosis, the rope burn is still present, and there is a bit of lividity in her feet and hands. She usually wears something like an executioner's hood over her face to hide this, and she is also wearing the boots and gloves as you can see in the sketch.

As part of her powers, the being that infected her dispersed some sort of microbes into her blood that allow her to control anything onto which she can place a small amount of blood. Thus, she can dip the end of a rope into her blood, and be able to control it telekinetically, even though the blood is only on a part of it. She has enough fine control to tie a noose with her mind. If she were to splatter her blood on a person, she could probably hold them still, depending on the person's physical strength. As she is filled with her own blood, she can use this to enable herself to fly. More abilities may develop later, as I think of them.

I'm not exactly sure why she'd be motivated to hang superheroines, but perhaps the being possessing her body is just rather mean-spirited in that way. It's most likely that it is more due to the parasitic being than any of her own desires, as she would be unlikely to have had any real animosity towards the people she is now killing with her nooses prior to her transformation. The parasite has most of the control of her anyway, and she is essentially a zombie of sorts.
