Hey guys! Here's a cartoon (that I drew right over a photograph) of my graduation ceremony's cap toss. I'm homeschooled (or rather, WAS homeschooled) so my ceremony was, what? about 40 some kids. We all got a nice little speech, a diploma, the whole sha-bang. See if you can guess who I am! I'll give you a hint. I'm near the tree, and am surrounded by a bunch of dudes in glasses.
Enjoy! This took me roughly 10 hours to complete. Man, am I slow. But I wanted to nail everyone's facial expressions.

I used Abeka for grammar, spelling and literature. I used Saxon for math (yuck! lol) and Apologia for science!

Wow! i'm doing Apologia Anatomy right now. I did Saxon for a number of years, and i used a lot of Abeka when i was little. 
I'm in Mother of Divine Grace program, so we get our curriculum from there.

I did... in 4th grade for only a year. I guess since I know spanish it's not that terrible. but I haven't dived in it in a while!

oh ha ha! For some reason she was holding a tassel. I seriously just copied the picture. And you're right, she is quite short. ^_^

And that is ONE awesome drawing.. o.o I mean, not only is the angle hard, but the detail and all the people... wow... no wonder it took so long, but it was worth it!

Yup, I know Carla. Oh, that is him! I just usually think of him with lighter hair, to differentiate from me, with my darker reddish hair.

You're right! I think on the computer it just looks-- darker. Unless I just did it darker because I think he was sweatin under the cap.

We didn't have an offical toss at my school, but about half of us did it anyway

This looks great! You can really tell that you really spent time on all the facial expressions. Everyone looks like their own unique person instead of just a random cartoon. The coloring looks great, too. Congrats on graduating!
