My FIRST EVER drawing to be colored on PHOTOSHOP!!!
yay!Please let me know what you think-- I'm still experimenting... and developing a style...

So I wasn't paying attention to artist's name and I just saw I had a deviation. I was just looking at the picture and I thought, "Wow, I've never seen I-G do chibis before," And then I was like "But why would he draw like DarthxErik's chibis?" And then I saw it was you and I was like "That's yippie skippy amazing!!!!" I agree with above comments, Erik is adorable despite I might get killed for saying so.

I clicked fullwiev and thought "Holy crap! There's something weird about this pic. It looks like photoshopped!" and then read the note and got everyhing!
M'dear this looks really awesome! Love it! It's really good especially for someone who has so little exprience with PS! I just wonder... Did you draw the lines in PS too? They look like the lines I draw on PS but I have a tablet. Do you? Well... anyway U really did a very very nice job! It's also so detailed! All these little curls of Christine's hair and her dress and these golden thingies on Erik's outfit and the lil' skull

Well I was kinda hoping you'd have some tips! What's your style when it comes to shading? I just played around with the burn tool and sometimes I used actual colors... the layer thing is so much fun.

Tips? Sure! Anytime. The way I shade depends on the effect I wanna get. There are lot's of different ways. I guess I'll send ya a note or make a tutorial cuz' it's kinda' long story.

Gah!!! DEEETTTTAAAAIIILLLLSSSS. Dude, that is one of the best parts of the whole book. Ooooh, I love the Red Death costume, but Raoul is my favorite part of this, for some reason. He just looks adorable, and I love book!Raoul soooooo much. And Christine's swirly puffy dress is AWESOME. I kind of want it.

I don't know what I feel about Raoul in the book-- I wonder if I'm supposed to like him more-- or less? His constant wimpering is as sweet as it is annoying.

Best quote ever is when he yells, "I DESPISE YOU!" at Christine and promptly starts crying. Maybe the reason I like him so much in the book is because he is so obviously not a threat to Erik. Christine just likes him because he's innocent and naive. In that way, I guess R and C are kinda made for each other.

When I first got it I just did random doodles and messed with filters, brushes, effects, the lot! You should check the tutorials, there are some brilliant ones on DA!
