For photoshop class. I had a LOT of fun with this one! Trying to make the Phantom the mad hatter? Why not! He's crazy and adorable. haha. I have a few more to come... can you guess who the other characters might be?Just a warning, I don't think this is true to canon or the Phantom of the Opera characters' personalities... just for fun! If someone cares to make a fanfic of this, then by all means... go ahead! But I'm not going to attempt it, because it's just silly and I don't know where I would take it. Well-- on second thought-- it would be entertaining! No, you guys go ahead. XD I'll pass.

I wasn't aware that the Mad Hatter was supposed to be hot. The Phantom of the Opera isn't supposed to be "hot" at all, either... at least according to the standard of the Phantom of the Opera. Sure, he's a guy. But he's disfigured and a complicated character. Gerard Butler and Johnny Depp, perhaps THEY are hot. I guess that's less debatable. But how is this grotesque, when the Mad Hatter looks even slightly more creepy than this manip? It was just for fun.

Oh, lol I don't dislike it... it's just it takes away from the adorableness of the Mad Hatter and the sexiness of Gerald Butler-Phantom. And yes, I was aware that generally the phantom is skeletal and hideous. I've read the book as well as seen some of the older film adaptions. And I admit, while I do like Andrew Lloyd Webber's version(s) best (for the music), I do understand that he is misrepresented in the 2004 version.
I admit I never found Burton-Hatter grotesque or creepy. It was probably because of the adorable little lisp and the gap between his two front teeth. Instead, he came a across to me as a sweet, child-like (if slightly demented) character. Which, to me, are the best kind.

Well, no. The phantom shouldn't be adorable - he should be either the traditional ugly or insanely sexy. The madhatter is adorable to me. And I'm not saying you should change your deviation. All I'm saying is that it is High Octane Nightmare Fuel - at least I believe that was your intention. Otherwise it's just Nightmare Fuel. And I suppose my die hard fangirly-ness for Tarrant Hightopp and GB-Phantom kinda took over.

This is amazing! It looks as if they seriously shot that scene with Johnny Depp wearing Gerard Butler's mask! There is NO evidence of manipulation! It's just astounding! lol I don't know why but I love it ^.^ although a part of me is quite afraid of how much I love it XD
