The further they investigated this place, the more they started to wonder about it. Grass? Bushes and trees? In the desert?

An alarming feeling in their guts let them stay aware and attentive to their surroundings. Something was lingering in deep

slumber in the hidden heart of these old ruin walls.

"This area is bigger than expected. We better check the close-by halls before it gets dark, and the rest tomorrow morning by daylight."

But still, they should collect some more wood for the campfire and possible needed torches if anything unexpected should happen.

Aeryn noticed Jarah was collecting some wood and wanted to be of use, so he did the same. He found a bunch of broken branches

near an ancient metallic colossus, which probably was a powerful machine back in it's good days. Although Aeryn had no clue, what

this thing could possibly get used for. As he continued to pick up branches, he found something odd. He bent down to take a closer

look of what was lying there in the shadows, until he gasped for air when he realized: This was a frikkin skull and bones.

In his panic he gasped loudly for air, tumbling a few steps back only to hear the sound of more bones cracking underneath his

sandals, making him loose his balance. Jarah was immediately right behind him, to catch Aeryn.

"WHAT KINDA HAUNTED PLACE IS THIS EVEN" "What's wrong!?", the black haired man asked and then followed the direction

Aeryn was pointing at. "Oh.. well.... that explains why we couldn't find anyone else in here.", he said with a surprised face and

turned around with Aeryn still in his arms, to shield him from the view. "Are you alright?", he asked with a gentle smile.

Only now Aeryn's attention was drawn away from the remains of scattered bones, and drawn right at Jarah. Tracing his arms

that held him close up to his face. Which was a rather pleasing sight...

Once Jarah realized he might have held him for a little too long already, he let go of him and cleared his throat.

"We should go back to the horses and set a camp for tonight...", Jarah said to break the silence. His reaction made Aeryn

grin a bit. Did that make him nervous?
