Description

Cold night breeze of the mountains flows through the gorge, shaking the trees and vegetation in its wake. Looking down from a high ledge, the redheaded elven princess ponders her next move. To take her group of soldiers down the cliffside in the middle of the night or wait until first light to continue their mission. They've been on the hunt for a group of highwaymen some 40 kilometers from the capital the past few days. In somewhat atypical fashion for bandits of the area, this group also executed the victims, making them far more dangerous to be so close to the great city. As such, Evelyn being a princess of the kingdom, did not hesitate to join in the effort to bring these monsters to justice.

As her group rests up waiting for further orders, she scans the expanse before her with her eyes. Nothing stands out to her until she hears a deer yelp somewhere in the far distance. Barely visible thanks to the moonlight she sees movement in the treeline down in the valley. Too hard to make out exactly what happened but she can see multiple forms run away very quickly. Was it a bear perhaps? Or a lone hunter? Those theories soon were dashed away, as she could hear voices of celebration. Very quickly after, a fire also could be seen lit up.

It seems she had found her bandits. Knowing they would be staying there, possibly resting and eating she was going to go all out and take them by surprise in the middle of the night. "Lets go girls, I think we found what we were looking for" she said as she stepped back and went back to her troops to prepare for their coming battle.

So I went in quite a few different directions with this one. Couldn't quite nail down the look I was after but think it still turned out okay. Really like her breezy hair though Anyway, let me know what you think and stay awesome as always!
