A: Its a world in a card game called magic the gathering (MTG) this world is filled with pure death and decay, and thinks that to be a perfect being you must be warped into a hideous monster...they just recently took over mirrodin....(another mtg world) and now mirrodin is called "New Phyrexia".

It may be that I may be misunderstanding it but when I look at your pictures you seem to be using very very few brushes. Am I wrong? Not to say they look bad. I'm merely curious to how many do you usually use in a illustration like this.

I typically just use the standard brushes. Occasionally, a drybrush effect brush in the background, but that's it
