Chromez by davef30A Google Chrome Theme for Windows XP
This is the first theme I have made and it needs a lot more work to it. I've just spent the last 6 hours creating this based around VistaBG Blue Refresh by Vishal Gupta.
The wallpaper is included in the zip.
Please tell me what you want doing to the theme and I will try and sort it

my task bar colour dosent change , it remains blue win xp ,

Nice to see such innovative idea!
If possible then do the following for your next release
*Make accurate Windows Frames([link] )
*Tabs(Taskbar Buttons) should not lose their labels after being selected , though should change color from blue to white (as it is in this [link] )
*Common Task Panel should be of blue color ([link] )

Taskbar buttons could use some work and the caption of the window frame, otherwise its looking good.

Actually, am I the only person who is unable to install this? NeoTheme keeps telling me that it has encountered an error.

nice work!!! you can move taskbar to top manually for great effect.
