It obviously won't be landing on any planets.
And as for your idea of the tribbles, sense I'm guessing this is around or after the Dominion War so if they want to maintain good relations with the Klingons....

The lower part of the ship is actually a Tribble suicide bomb. The saucer is separated and the stardrive section is left to steer by a Redshirt, the rest is filled with hungry Tribbles. The thing is steered directly onto an anemy plaet/ship/station, the Tribbles break loose and eat eveything and eberybody

Yeah i like this, definitely something new and there is never anything wrong with new. Since you made this ship, would you say it is a battle ship or a sister research ship of the enterprise?

Going by the size of the escape pods I'd say the ships actually smaller than voyager. Its an interesting design. You should try doing some spline text with the hull number etc instead of that flat surface text in that lower saucer bay.

Her original name is Chariot class. The registry says that this particular ship is the Legacy, but because there are dozens of meshes which come with this name, I changed it to Escorial (after the pallace of Phillip II, king of Spain).
