Great image from a great movie. The last time the original Enterprise would ever see home.

No probs, wonderful recreation of that fun scene ^^
Especially love how the Captain of the Excelsior gets his 'comeuppance' for under-estimating the Enterprise

And then later, insult is added to injury when he gets replaced by one of "Kirk's men".

Classic movie. Especially with Scotty's line "Up your shaft" and the computer saying "Thank you"!

Little nit-pick here, in ST3, the Excelsior's registration number was NX-2000. It didn't change to NCC till ST6.

Yeah, I know. I just didn't want to bugger around with the registration number.

Cool, the damage is an improvement over the previous attempts. Though at this point, most of it had been patched up with darker panels. Not the point, though. Good work ^_^

Great angle and pic, as in the last pic the excelsior is NCC-2000, I am giving honest criticisms that the starbase always looks a bit clinical and that the damage on the Enterprise needs some roughing up a little/needs more colours and texture on the damage, I do love this pic tho, I love trying to get the space doors open and sabotage the Excelsior, Brilliant!

Problem is, during STIII, Excelsior was not NCC-2000, but NX-2000, indicating her experimental status.

No matter how beat-up, the Enterprise is always better than any ships. After all, she IS the Enterprise!
