Is this made with Salvation in mind, considering that the T-700 and T-800 look pretty much the same, I wonder?

Well, I always thought the T-700s would be the battlefield version of the T-800, and that the T-800 is strictly an infiltrator. Of course, we never see any activated T-700s in Salvation. And the concept art for it is similar to the T-600 instead. I wouldn't be surprised if they saw this before McG had Stan Winston assemble his T-700 models.
What did you use to make this? It looks quite good. Scratch that, it definitely puts the models in the last few Terminator games to shame. It's brilliant!

As for the T-700 units: the Hungarian semicanon novels state that 700 units are the basic battlefield drones of Skynet. They are mostly Beta types, signalling that they are not built for infiltration. There are some alpha (Infiltrator) units, too, but rare, due to Infiltration is now tasked upon T-800 Alphas (which model has few Alphas).
