I've been looking through a lot of your work and I'm having a reoccurring thought (besides the "oohs" "aahs" and "wows".)
These shots must cost a LOT! How much do you spend of average per shot? Not including the materials you use for every shot like your camera and flashes and such. For example, how many marbles did you buy for this shot?

No problem.
I was looking through your gallery, and I was like, "Wait a minute, I've seen that before."
It's a good thing you have your own sense of style, because I knew immediately who's it was. ^^

Wow, when I first saw this image, I didn't see the colored marbles in the other paint cans. That's so mind boggling, but it's really so simple.
I also love how you can see the reflection of the paint dripping down the cans in the other cans, ex: in the red can you can see the reflection of yellow paint, ect.
It's quite simply, amazing.

damn this is good. it's so bright and energetic, yet my favorite part of it is the subtle shadows you created in the foreground, from the drips of paint. brilliant.

I really like your idea of the image with the title. It's not only cool to look at, but then it makes me think about seeing this in other ways.

Wow, this is just great. It's so simple, yet so great. A nice little detail is the shadows on front of the buckets.

Um, I'm sorry, I just don't see what's so great about this picture? The 'concept' has been done to death and I see nothing particularly spectacular about this arrangement. Perhaps I'm artistically blind and missing the point here, if someone cares to enlighten me I'd appreciate it.

Hi Please send your comments to me and not to the artist! The artist had nothing to do with my choice for a DD.
You must be much more advanced than I am because I have not seen this "done to death" at all. I love the lines, the colors, the concept of the paint, the bucket shadows are fun! I didn't even care about the paintballs much except for the lovely choice of adding a different color to the top!! It was like a cherry on top of a refreshing sundae, but as time went by some I loved that part of the piece also..
This is a highly professional piece and one that would hang well in a gallery or in the home of the buyer. Please respond to me on my page or my e-mail. Allow this artist to enjoy their DD, for although you might not think so, they rightfully deserve it.
Thank you,

My apologies, I was just voicing my opinion, not trying to launch an attack. However, judging from the influx of unpleasant messages I've had since posting my comment, rest assured I've been made well aware of the proper conduct from now on! I've been here a while now but I'm still not totally versed on how everything works. Thanks for the exp ayway.

Ouch, sorry you got so many replies!!
I gave you the basic form I give when other's thrash a DD. Sorry to assume that was what you were doing. If I misunderstood you I am truly sorry. I am the one who chose the image for the DD and if you wanted to know why, I would have told you. Those kind of comments can rain on someone's parade, because the one tangible accomplishment from the dA community is a Daily Devotion.
I think opinions here matter most, I guess it is how and when we present them. Please, don't stop voicing your truth no matter what we might say and I promise not to stop doing what I believe is right. That way we are viable and helpful members of this community. We certainly don't have to agree!
Have a great day!
