So in allegorical terms she is embracing the warm nurturing husband that the white rabbit is while becoming it, including the gender swap. More freudian weirdness.

I was just about to say... as soon as the poor woman's suited up, Pippkin seems to slip into some kind of bastard Cockney accent.

And where is the rest of the lady in the first panel! He lower half seems to have disappeared.

Yeah. I. Know.

That's why I'm looking for suggestions. Help me out here!

BTW, I do intend Pippkin to be from that selection of cockneys. "Fancy a butchers?" and all that. It fits with his line of work.

Wikipedia 'cockney'. I've told you before, you can't expect others to do your research for you.

Personally, I'd say don't even try to 'write' Cockney. You need to HEAR it to really get it. A lot of the phrasing can't really be written properly.
eg. Pipkin's last line SHOULD read
"Now, where'sat blasted ke' le" - you wouldn't hear the t's in 'kettle' at all.

In any case, cockney is a working-class patois and not considered 'suave' at all, so I don't know HOW this fits in with Pipkin's line of work.

btw, your entry on Pipkin at the Lab contains a very disturbing trait. You said Pipkin would use hypnosis to 'woo a girl'. How is that any different from slipping Rohypnol into her drink and date-raping her?

Well, while Rohypnol knocks the girl out, Pippkin would get her to concentrate on her infatuation and boost it up a thousandfold. (He won't be able to get a girl who's not interested in her interested in her; I should put that in the Lab.)

And I've been reading up on the subject, and there's obviously things that I have missed in my research, and even someone pointing me to the right place would be good advice.
