It's both annoying and amazing that you can do all these masterpieces with just a mouse. I like the relaxing background colors. Spider-Man's nightlife must be awesome.

Thanks, I've switched to tablet now though (except for my flats, and precision jobs).
And yes Spidey must have the coolest views.

What a great Spidey shot - I love the background, it adds a great mood to this while letting you showoff on Spidey's details.

Sweet pose and background, although I thought the spidy could use more of the background lighting reflection.

Uh-oh Spidey looks like he's in trouble.
I like the background, it's kinda blurry to show he's falling fast. Which is way cool.

Yeah, I haven't done a lot of colour stuff. I've been trying to teach myself a little more about it though, but most of my time goes towards doing line art for work.

I hear you. The line art pays the bills, but it's nice to know Shop. Out of curiousity, I see your vanishing point(Center of Earth) but where is your horizon line and you're other two Vanishing points on them, way off the page or faked?

Yeah, I keep spending the money I save up for a tablet on other stuff.

Beautiful job David! I just colored a 6 page story you drew in X-Men: Divided We Stand 2. If you haven't seen it yet, let me know and I'll send you jpegs.

Yeah I know. I just saw two of the pages so far, but I haven't got around to emailing back yet, as I just got back from New Zealand.

Ah, ok. Well, if you have a sec, I'd love to know what you thought of them. I usually like to cater some of my choices to what the penciler likes, but I didn't have a lot of time to color it and didn't know how to get in contact with you.

They look great John. Only had a few minor corrections. I thought you were CC'd on the email discussions, but I must have just saw your address on the first email from Nick.

Thanks David! I didn't get those notes from you, just one small thing from Nick.

Yeah I think there were only two minor things all up. I just sent you an email.

Nah, I didn't have time to set that up. I only pencilled, inked, and coloured it in the two days before I flew out to New Zealand.

Yeah took the brush and kept it more on the suggestive side. It was quick and helps to keep attention on Spidey.

This is awesome! Keep inspiring man. I check out your art and sean gordon murphey's, before I have to do any of my own, and it really amps me up and gets me excited to draw.
