Okay, so, I like this piece. It's very blue, but that's a really good thing. I like your chibi style. It's reminiscent of Zwinkies, actually... Only suggestion is to take a double-look at the character's left hand. It looks a bit funny to me, but that could just be me... Double check it, but keep in mind that my eyesight's a bit funny... But other than that, this is super duper cute. Love the bubbles, want the cake.
