No, he's not out yet from what I hear. Still not sure if he'll ever be a figure. I'm sorta iffy on it XD But if he DOES become one, then I'll be getting it.

I heard people got him as part of the Toys R Us promo. Can't be sure that ever happened though as I've yet to meet anyone who has him...

Yeah theres a rumor saying if you spend 100 dollars or something at the store you got him but that rumor has been proven false. There's no "Legendary Trigger happy" At the moment, but Activision has said that its a Possiblility.
That'd be epic if they do release one, I'd buy it.

Haha -- it's interesting to me that they're saying he's a possibility... On the 3DS game, you can cycle through the character profiles before you collect them all, and Legendary Trigger Happy is one of them. I'd say that makes him anything but a rumored character, but hey, whatever, Activision.

Yeah, thats what I've heard, I have the 3DS Version though I've not yet explored all that stuff yet. He's in there? Hm weird XD
If he's in the DS game as a character and has a profile then I'm pretty sure they'll make him then. They say all the characters that have yet to come out thus far, are coming out in spring-time (In april or so) So perhaps we'll have to see then. HAHA.
