I didn't. This is from the addon on the Workshop linked in the description. But before that was uploaded, I had to rip the models from the source files to make the Male_07 soldier. I also had to find the correct textures.

That may be a little difficult. The original models came from garrysmod.org, but that site has been shut down. The Steam workshop does have FEAR Replica Player models found here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… but I don't know how well they pose.
