This Galaxy whatever his name is needs to learn about this thing called "TACT"... sure the ear could be cleaner where the hair goes back over but it's not a bad manip by any means... how much better would it have been to suggest copying the hair from the bottom layer and dropping in just a strip as a new layer over that edge of the ear so the drawn in area isn't so obvious, maybe even a little transparent or something if it works better...
Compliment what works and come up with suggestions for improvement if you feel you can criticize. Right double D? I myself am a humble amatuer painter so I don't know photoshop well at all yet. Best of luck, I'll be watching.
