It's been a long ass time.Here's a happy little Temperance redesign. Still a big ol'dorkface with zero fashion sense but now her features look far more like what they do in my head. And that's very exciting for two reasons a) because I used no references at all for this, and b) because look at her, what an absolute loser. This is definitley the face of someone who formulates a thesis on the very fabric of the reality she lives in and then forgets the word "horse".

I love the shirt; it's all over the place in a "late 80's sweater" kind of way. Oddly, to single out something of virtually no greater importance, I think you did a great job on her right (our left) lapel of the shirt. It looks like it has a fair amount of depth and tactility to it.
I can totally relate to the "forgetting basic nouns" aspect of being such a dork, by the way: earlier today, I forgot several common names of ordinary household objects in quick succession, but was somehow able to effortlessly retrieve "druid" later on, while complaining about the phases of the moon taking up too much valuable notation space on my calendar. Go figure!

Ooo I want that shirt! She looks epic and I know that satisfying feeling when a character turns out more how you imagine them, so I think it's awesome that it did. Keep up the good work!

I love this. Like, with the unrequited love of a thousand hopeless, basement-dwelling geekboys toward the geekgirl star of a syndicated sci-fi show.
She looks happy. And I think this is the first time Ive seen Temperance happy. Ive seen her looks angry, determined, resigned, and beaten down, but never happy, so I'm really glad you gave her this mental moment of peace in some fashion. And, frankly, she has a beautiful smile.
At first I thought her eyes might be a bit small, but then I looked back at earlier darwings of her and I think it's just that they seem small because we're used to them having dark circles around them, which would obviously increase their size... but no such thing here. She actually got a good night's sleep!
This genuinely makes me as content to look at as your pictures of Abby and Karla quietly snuggling. It's really, really well done...
And I even like her shirt.

I'm glad I could finally capture some serenity in her facial expression, I got all smiley after I finished it. This is very definitley the closest I've ever come to her likeness.
